Bette Bio
Bette Dale Moore is a polished author, educator, clinician, composer and performer who is equally at home on stage, behind the scenes, in the classroom and just about everywhere in between.
Formerly, a music/drama educator at Northwest Nazarene University, she currently teaches music and drama in the public schools. Her children’s musical – “RAD: Race Against Drugs” just completed it’s 17th year of touring performances. Bette is also the drama director in her home church and where she will soon begin her 7th year of writing and directing the weekly “Treasure Cove: Spiritual Adventure” series for children’s ministry. In addition, for the past 23 years Bette has written and directed an Easter pageant that plays to 10,000 people annually.
Author of Lillenas books, Redeemed! and Trial By Error, Bette is a prolific author and composer. Her works cover a wide range of styles and target areas; ranging from children’s music, music curriculum and drama … to worship sketches, mimes and musical theatre programs designed for teen, college and adult performers.
The Moore family of Nampa, Idaho consists of Bette, her husband Bruce, and their children, R.Lee and his wife Dawn and their family, and Doni and her husband, Paul.
